| | A. | None of us are social psychologists, but with around 16,000 people live in the Warrington area of Pensacola and an average age of 35. Housing is good, the climate is wonderful and crime is low! The number one problem may be the quality of schools. (student/teacher ratio, expenditures per student, percentage of expenditures, high school dropout rate, parent education levels, percentage of children attending, student/librarian ratio, percentage of children living under the poverty level). The area is working to improve in this area.
