I hAVE recently received an unsolicited letter from an individual who would like to purchase the lot for 2,200. it is lot 15 block 22. I have not as yet answered their letter because I am curious as to the value of the lot. I have searched mls listings and could not find anything for sale in the area to give me a hint. As a matter of fact, I could find almot nothing about the oakwood hills area. My tax bill does not have a parcel number on it (only an account number so I could not find anything on line from the property appraisers office. I think it would be worthwhile to contact a real estate broker in the area and ask them what lots are selling for in oakwood hills. If you need recommendations let us know. The property in that area has gone up considerably in the last 2 years, so I think you will be surprised. Good luck.
